Business Plan Development,Entrepreneur in Residence - Kishanganj

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Plan Development Entrepreneur in Residence to help develop and research business plans for young entrepreneurs and build businesses that solve for Climate Change in Kishanganj, Bihar.

This is a full-time, field-based, hands-on action-research role. You’ll work alongside women from low-income communities across the city to deeply research, develop and prototype new businesses that solve for climate change. You can research, design, develop, write, and financially model sustainable climate enterprises.

Possible ideas could include:

Sustainable packaging made of leaves, upcycled cardboard, bagasse to replace plastic, hydroponic farming, solar upcycling / recycling, organic farming, seeds, fertilizer, nursery, innovations in clean energy – solar, biomass, biogas, E-vehicles, E-charging, making organic mosquito repellent from flower waste and anything and everything to solve for Climate Change in Kishanganj, Bihar.

Who should apply:

MBA graduates with minimum 4 years of work experience

Entrepreneurs who want to build climate solutions

Fluency in Hindi and English

Based in Kishanganj or willing to relocate
