About the Role:We are looking for a Business Plan Development Entrepreneur in Residence to help develop and research business plans for young entrepreneurs and build businesses that solve for Climate Change in Kishanganj, Bihar.This is a full-time, field-based, hands-on action-research role. Youll work alongside women from low-income communities across the city to deeply research, develop and prototype new businesses that solve for climate change. You can research, design, develop, write, and financially model sustainable climate enterprises.Possible ideas could include:Sustainable packaging made of leaves, upcycled cardboard, bagasse to replace plastic, hydroponic farming, solar upcycling / recycling, organic farming, seeds, fertilizer, nursery, innovations in clean energy solar, biomass, biogas, E-vehicles, E-charging, making organic mosquito repellent from flower waste and anything and everything to solve for Climate Change in Kishanganj, Bihar.Who should apply:MBA graduates with minimum 4 years of work experienceEntrepreneurs who want to build climate solutionsFluency in Hindi and EnglishBased in Kishanganj or willing to relocateCan join immediately

Going to School is looking for two Climate Change Enterprise Directors to lead the implementation of our Climate Change Enterprise Life Skills Curricula in Government Schools (Grades 9-12) and build 360-degree sustainable enterprise communities around these schools.These enterprise communities will serve as incubators where young people (ages 18-29) attend Green Business Schools to develop the skills needed to launch sustainable startups addressing critical climate challenges, including: Sustainable Farming & Food Supply Chains Clean Energy & Renewable Solutions Waste Management & Circular Economy EnterprisesWho Were Looking ForWe need two exceptional professionals, each with a core area of expertise:1 Finance & Green Enterprise Structuring (CA Preferred): Develop innovative financial models for youth-led green enterprises. Structure cash flows, investment strategies, and funding pathways for sustainable startups. Guide young entrepreneurs in financial planning and business sustainability.2 Research & High-Impact Enterprise Planning (Exceptional English Writing & Strategy): Work alongside young entrepreneurs to research, develop, and write unique, high-impact sustainable enterprise plans. Mentor youth in pitching their business ideas to an enlightened panel of sharks for funding and support.
