7) Spear heading team of Sales Engineers for executing Business plans, driving Sales efforts for attainment of periodical targets. .

8) Finding out new avenues of application, initiating new product development & introducing into market

9) Development of new designs in co-ordination with mfg. Devising product pricing plans, Launching, positioning & establishing product in Market.

10) Updating knowledge about market, competitors technical & pricing aspects. Providing such information to top management for devising business plans, new strategies.

11) Increasing loyal customers, forming strategy for regaining customer with concentrated efforts on specific customers, establishing good relationship by ensuring better services, technical support from time to time & ensuring total customer satisfaction.

12) Responsible for the complete Sales & Marketing function for Domestic market. Planning & achieving the targets. Dealing with customers at all stages of Business activities

13) Coordinating all activities like after sales service & spares, with help of customer support dept.

14) Responsible for the complete Marketing function of Process equipment / Pharma machinery for All India and international market.

15) Planning & Achieving the targets. Dealing with customers from Generating inquiry up to collection of payments.

16) Order processing & co-ordination with factory for smooth execution & timely delivery of equipment's.
