Develop and implement the annual sales strategy for the NBD and Retail segments.

Guide the sales team in achieving quarterly targets by providing coaching, training, and feedback.

Monitor the competition and develop strategies to maximize market share in terms of overall advertising & promotion spends in both ATL & BTL across North East market.

Identify, develop, and implement strategies to build the concept of integrated sales as a category with advertisers and agencies.

Recommend improvements in processes and executions based on market feedback and trends.

Conceptualize & execute content and ideas for clients that align with their business objectives.
