Roles and Responsibilities:
To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis
To actively gather feedback of every prospects and maintain lucid support by sharing with internal teams.
Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
Requirements:
Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
Must have Time Management & planning skill.
Must have Market Knowledge.
Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role.
