• identify new business initiatives and opportunities by understanding the economic and
industry trends and evolving consumer habits
• meet relevant industry stakeholders and participate in industry events
• conduct brainstorming and ideation within the organization
• ensure regular flow of new business ideas
analyze feasibility of the business ideas
• designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analyses
• filtering ideas based on feasibility and attractiveness matrix
• conceptualize and operationalize the feasible business ideas
• validate business assumptions and build business case for the shortlisted ideas
• assess risks for implementing any idea and prepare plans to mitigate the same
