Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new market opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales targets, and report on sales performance.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
