Assistant Manager - BD

WONK is looking to expand its business development & tutor support team at its posh Sec 67, Gurgaon office (Desk Job). We are looking for young, energetic & go-getter people to work in our fast-growing business development team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate(Full time program) from a reputed university or MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges;

Excellent command of Hindi & English;

2-3 years of business development/sales experience;

EdTech domain experience preferred;

Key job responsibilities:

Acting as a trusted advisor to Parents/Students through interactions via calls & Whatsapp;

Lead follow up & servicing through calls & Whatsapp;

Responding to Parent tuition requests on Facebook & other social media profiles;

Providing assistance in conducting Business Development events in Delhi NCR

Remuneration:

Probation Period: 2 months

Notice Period: 1 month

Budget upto: 20-25k excl sales incentives. Variable incentive between 3000 to 5000 per month
