WONK is looking to expand its business development & tutor support team at its posh Sec 67, Gurgaon office (Desk Job). We are looking for young, energetic & go-getter people to work in our fast-growing business development team.Minimum Qualifications:Graduate(Full time program) from a reputed university or MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges;Excellent command of Hindi & English;2-3 years of business development/sales experience;EdTech domain experience preferred;Key job responsibilities:Acting as a trusted advisor to Parents/Students through interactions via calls & Whatsapp;Lead follow up & servicing through calls & Whatsapp;Responding to Parent tuition requests on Facebook & other social media profiles;Providing assistance in conducting Business Development events in Delhi NCRRemuneration:Probation Period: 2 monthsNotice Period: 1 monthBudget upto: 20-25k excl sales incentives. Variable incentive between 3000 to 5000 per month
