Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

🧰 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Growth
Identify and develop new B2B clients (facility management companies, corporates, institutions,
hospitals, housing socities, HoReCa etc.)
Drive bulk orders from institutions and manage long-term contracts
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Resolve channel conflicts, payment delays, or order bottlenecks
🔹 Client Relationship & Retention
Maintain strong relationships with key clients
Conduct client meetings, feedback sessions, and service checks
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and repeat orders
🔹 Sales Reporting & Process Execution
Maintain CRM/data records for leads, orders, and collections
Submit weekly/monthly reports to management

3��5 years of proven experience in B2B / corporate sales
Strong knowledge of Mumbai market and channel ecosystem
