The Business Development Manager will be responsible for direct sales in the open market (field sales) of the following financial products and for building and driving a team of Business Associates (Agents).

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct direct field sales and generate business in the open market

€¢ Identify and acquire new customers

€¢ Explain product features and benefits to customers

€¢ Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets

€¢ Recruit, onboard, and manage Business Associates (Agents)

€¢ Drive business and productivity through the agent network

€¢ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support

€¢ Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
