The Business Development Manager will be responsible for direct sales in the open market (field sales) of the following financial products and for building and driving a team of Business Associates (Agents).

Products to Sell:

Fixed Deposits

Life Insurance

Health Insurance

Vehicle Insurance

Mutual Funds

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct direct field sales and generate business in the open market

Identify and acquire new customers

Explain product features and benefits to customers

Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets

Recruit, onboard, and manage Business Associates (Agents)

Drive business and productivity through the agent network

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
