job description : a. prospecting & lead generation - generate sales pipeline for all hot / warm & cold leads; and lead conversion.
b. drive sales through primary targets through dealer connects & sub-dealer networks.
c. drive secondary targets through cultivating and maintaing strong relationships with all stakeholders viz - end customers/ builders/ architects / interior designers / contractors / carpenters etc; foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
d. meeting daily activities, targets & objectives beyond the threshold level set by the company; demonstrating a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.
e. organising monthly in-shop meet & contractor meet
f. frequent checking of the exisitng stock of all dealer points assigned and take steps to liquidate material; maintain positive billing points.
g. reporting, & analysis - prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review and strategic planning; daily crm entries to maintain regular activity flow & follow-up.

experience: - 1 - 4 yrs in the building material industry.
