Position Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and relationship-driven Business Development Manager Projects Sales to manage and grow key project accounts in Ludhiana, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales within the building materials, pipes & fittings, or construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts including builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional clients.
Drive project sales and ensure brand specification in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects in Ludhiana, Chandigarh and surrounding areas.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales or key account management.
Preferred industry: Building Materials / Pipes & Fittings .
Strong network within Ludhiana, Chandigarhs construction and real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
