Position Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and relationship-driven Business Development Manager €“ Projects Sales to manage and grow key project accounts in Ludhiana, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales within the building materials, pipes & fittings, or construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
€¢ Manage and develop key accounts including builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional clients.
€¢ Drive project sales and ensure brand specification in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
€¢ Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects in Ludhiana, Chandigarh and surrounding areas.
€¢ Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
€¢ Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
€¢ Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
€¢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements
€¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales or key account management.
€¢ Preferred industry: Building Materials / Pipes & Fittings .
€¢ Strong network within Ludhiana, Chandigarh€™s construction and real estate market.
€¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
€¢ Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.
€¢ Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
