The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and client visits.

Experience & Qualification

37 years experience in sales/business development
