The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
€¢ Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
€¢ Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
€¢ Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
€¢ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
€¢ Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
€¢ Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and client visits.
