*Prior to regular employment, selected candidates will go through an observation period of up to 90 days, during which they will

receive a monthly salary of 30,000 INR.

*Upon completing the observation period, candidates will be required to recruit and manage 5 exclusive distributors in 5 individual blocks, in accordance with the Business Development Manager's convenience and company vacancy.
