* approaching potential lead and close them within a stipulated time frame.

*finding developing new markets and improving sales.

*create exclusive distributors ,exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company towards business growth.

*before regular have to complete observation period (max-90days ) salary per month 25k.

*in observation period have to complete 5 exclusive distributor in 5 individual blocks as convenient of bdm and as per company vacancy.
