candidates must have prior experience in marketing or a related field, such as banking, insurance, dairy segment, fmcg segment, etc.

candidates must have multitasking, leadership, problem-solving, good communication and management skills.

candidates should prioritize customer satisfaction and be driven by a vision for achieving goals.

prior to regular employment, selected candidates will go through an observation period of up to 90 days, during which they will receive a monthly salary of 25,000 inr.

upon completing the observation period, candidates will be required to recruit and manage 5 exclusive distributors in 5 individual blocks, in accordance with the business development manager's convenience and comp.
