job description / responsibilities:
? new business development with new customers – introducing new customers & rfq’s generation.
? responsible for quote submission and negotiations at customer end.
? generation of new enquiry and quote submission to customer
? to provide prompt response to customer and resolving their issues on top priority.
? managing demand vs supply system for sales monitoring and production planning
? responsible for introduction of new customer for 2w/tractor industry/white goods and export and increase in existing business with 4w customers.
? responsible for key account manager for customers and representing nkma.
? responsible for managing quality audit and approval as per iso-iatf .
? formulate product pricing with the help of costing dept.
? samples to be submitted to the customers as per agreed dates along with reports, if required by the customers.
