1- formulate plan of execution for onboarding new academic courses and mentors for respective training modules.

2- create a plan for achievement of the objectives and share the plan of action with the reporting manager.

3- discuss the plan of action with the team members and ensure proper execution.

4- plan and execute various strategies for business expansion in terms of collaboration with colleges and companies for all the opportunities related to the company.

5- taking daily mentoring sessions with the team (individual meetings as well as combined team meetings).

6- communicate with teams about their objectives and monitor their work on regular basis.

7- listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

8- monitoring team performance by preparing an eod reporting sheet which has to be shared with reporting manager every day.

9- create plan for social media marketing and communicate to social media manager and digital marketing team for implementation.

10- market research and create business strategies for business development which will further be followed by the team.
