experience: minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of overseas education/study abroad consultancy.

job prerequisites:

candidate must have -

• good communication & interpersonal skills.

• sound knowledge and understanding of the overseas education industry.

• recruited students to various countries including uk, canada, australia, europe etc.

• worked in a senior management role in any overseas education consultancy & possess understanding of the entire admission process starting from applications to visa filing for different countries.

• a dynamic personality, capable of counselling as well as managing the team.

• an aspiring go-getter, willing to work as an entrepreneur and achieve/exceed given targets.

job description:

• take care of the day-to-day business of the consultancy and manage the team of counsellors & admission personnel.

• as a centre head, the candidate will be responsible for the total p&l of the company.

• implement measures and techniques to increase the recruitment of students to various partner universities.

• wear different hats, when required – counseling students, the application process, visa filing etc.

• increase university tie-ups by adding universities to the portfolio.

• add new channel partners and increase recruitment through them.

salary: will be commensurate to qualification & experience. fixed salary plus incentive.
