Job Description:
i) Driving the BD team's performance to ensure the targets are met.
ii) Meeting the Leads/Clients assigned to BDMs to enhance the possibility of sales.
iii) Updating and reporting monthly MIS reports to VP Business Development.
iv) Strategizing plans to enhance performance parameters of BDMs.
v) Constantly communicating with prospects and existing clients for client satisfaction and need analysis.
vi) Plan targets and goals in line with business development strategies.
vii) Chase new business opportunity projects based on business network feedback.
viii) Establish business development strategies to ensure overall organisational strategy is followed.
ix) Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Expected Skill Set/Mandates:
i) Excellent communication skills.
ii) Moderate to high cognitive and analysis ability.
iii) Previous experience with CRMs.
iv) Excellent presentation skills.
v) Candidates preferred with previous experience in handling a team.
