We are looking for Business Development Executive (2)

Nationality : Philipino preferred.

Salary : AED 3000 to AED 5000 (Plus Incentives) and other benefits, depends on the experience.

Job Description

-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business.

-Meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

-Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

-Researching prospective accounts in target markets.

- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

- Setting goals for the business. development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.

- Training business development staff

- Attending conferences and industry events.

- Ensuring all BD and Recruitment work is carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

-Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant.

-Formulate strategic and operational objectives

- To implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

-Supporting the retention of existing business and pursuing leads to expand and get new business.

Requirements

Min. Qualification : Graduation

Experience : 2 to 3yrs of industry Experience (Recruitment/ Manpower)

Very good Communication Skills

Nationality : Any

Note:  (Pilipino with Arabic language will have an added advantage) .

Indian with Malayalam & Arabic language will have an added
