nationality : philipino preferred.

salary : aed 3000 to aed 5000 (plus incentives) and other benefits, depends on the experience.

job description

-develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

-conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs arrange business.

-meetings with prospective clients promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

- prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

- setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

-researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

-researching prospective accounts in target markets.

- pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

- developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

- setting goals for the business. development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.

- training business development staff

- attending conferences and industry events.

- ensuring all bd and recruitment work is carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

-help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

-formulate strategic and operational objectives

- to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. find ways to increase quality of customer service.

-supporting the retention of existing business and pursuing leads to expand and get new business.

min. qualification : graduation

experience : 2 to 3yrs of industry experience (recruitment/ manpower)

very good communication skills
