We are looking for Business Development Executive (2)Nationality : Philipino preferred.Salary : AED 3000 to AED 5000 (Plus Incentives) and other benefits, depends on the experience. Job Description-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.-Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business.-Meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives- Prepare business contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth-Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.-Researching prospective accounts in target markets.- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.- Setting goals for the business. development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.- Training business development staff- Attending conferences and industry events.- Ensuring all BD and Recruitment work is carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.-Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant.-Formulate strategic and operational objectives- To implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Find ways to increase quality of customer service.-Supporting the retention of existing business and pursuing leads to expand and get new business. Requirements Min.
