• cold calling
• maintain and develop good relationship with customers through given contact via telephone etc.
• identify and research on new companies and build a database
• display efficiency in gathering market and customer info regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications to their managers
• record and update the database of customers via calling.
• must act as a bridge between the company and its current clients
• help management in forthcoming events and training workshops
• work with the sales team to support sales strategy
• provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
