Roles and Responsibilities
ï‚· Make outbound calls to leads provided & understanding their career up-skilling needs, and
recommending appropriate courses.
ï‚· Meet revenue targets consistently in alignment with team and organizational goals
ï‚· Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
ï‚· Utilize the existing customer base to generate referrals and expand the sales pipeline
ï‚· Ensure thorough documentation of all customer interactions .
ï‚· Possess working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
ï‚· Manage end-to-end support activities for assigned leads, from pre-sales to post-sales
ï‚· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
ï‚· Maintain a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
ï‚· Gain insights into customer requirements in assigned geographical areas and contribute to product
portfolio improvement based on customer feedback
