JOB DESCRIPTION:

You shall be responsible to achieve weekly, monthly walk- ins through BTL activities

other than data collected in Udaan through various marketing activities such as collection

of data by standing/ roaming at the market place, malls, crowded markets, railway

stations, canopy activity, housing colonies, BA (business associates) tie ups with

coaching institutes & career counselors etc.

You shall organize & participate in promotional activities ln institutes, schools &

colleges.

You shall make productive house calls on daily basis.

You shall make productive BA tie ups.

Holding presentations.

Data management & managing/ preparing MIS of the activities conducted by you.

You shall be responsible for developing new territories and conduct similar activities as

mentioned earlier in all such territories.

Travelling outstation for STP (satellite town promotion) activities is part of your job

profile.

Responsible to generate daily / weekly / monthly walk ins (As per the given targets).

Ensure 100 connective per tele caller per day.

Ensure minimum 3 walk-ins per tele caller per day.

Ensure that the tele calling pitching given is strictly followed in the center. No wrong

commitments should be made to any Customer under any circumstances.

Preparing MIS reports of Tele caller. Preparing and sending MIS reports.

Proper data management has to be done & filled properly.

Ensure recruitment and retention of Tele caller on time.

All work related to administration and office management.
