Job Description

Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

ï‚· Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

ï‚· Researching potential leads and Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google Search, Freelancer, WorkNHire etc.

ï‚· Form offline network of decision maker of the events from HR and marketing department of companies in the business of IT startup, IT product companies, abroad based software services companies.

ï‚· Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client and having effective sales meeting.

ï‚· For effective sales meeting, understand the requirement of the client, position the business as the best choice for the client and convert it into the win-win situations.

ï‚· Create presentations based on the client requirements

ï‚· Co-ordinate with the engineering team to generate proposal

ï‚· Negotiate win-win deals by maintaining profitability index as per management guideline.

ï‚· Write emails and whatsapp professionally to record all discussions with the clients

ï‚· Keep a track of all communications, through all channels, from call inceptions to closure
