Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

 Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support

 Researching potential leads and Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google Search, Freelancer, WorkNHire etc.

 Form offline network of decision maker of the events from HR and marketing department of companies in the business of IT startup, IT product companies, abroad based software services companies.

 Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client and having effective sales meeting.

 For effective sales meeting, understand the requirement of the client, position the business as the best choice for the client and convert it into the win-win situations.

 Create presentations based on the client requirements

 Co-ordinate with the engineering team to generate proposal

 Negotiate win-win deals by maintaining profitability index as per management guideline.

 Write emails and whatsapp professionally to record all discussions with the clients

 Keep a track of all communications, through all channels, from call inceptions to closure
