Responsible for client Handling across India as well as Foreign Clients and generating revenues.

Must be capable of engaging with the clients on a range of mediums such as phone, email and other internet based communications channels.

Responsible for advising clients in the areas relating to business registrations, tax services and corporate filings etc.

Respond to client requests within the accepted turn-around time.

Take regular follow ups with clients.

Convert prospective leads into sales.

Explore opportunities for up selling and cross-sales

Close sales and achieve monthly targets. Develop contacts and build a database.
