about the role:
we're looking for a business development executive who thrives in the b2b offshore services space, with up to 5 years of relevant experience. you will be at the forefront of our sales operations - identifying growth opportunities, handling leads, and ensuring our design services reach the right clients across international markets. you are detail-oriented, persistent, and driven by results while maintaining a consultative approach with prospects.
key responsibilities:
1. identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with tech startups and agencies globally.
2. generate, nurture, and convert leads using outbound and inbound strategies.
3. work with various crms to track sales activity, pipeline, and client communications efficiently.
4. research, identify, and apply for relevant rfps and tenders in private and public sectors for design and creative service projects.
5. develop a comprehensive understanding of clients requirements and present tailored design solutions during the pre-sales stage.
6. assist clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure and ongoing relationship management.
7. collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth communication, efficient project handovers, and client satisfaction.
8. analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize business development strategies.
preferred candidates:
1. strong english communication skills (written & spoken), confident in client presentations and negotiations.
2. proven experience in b2b business development for offshore services - agency, design, it, or related domains.
3. demonstrable ability to use modern crm tools and sales automation platforms.
4. familiarity with outbound sales techniques and inbound lead generation & management.
5. awareness of digital marketing practices & methodologies.
6. passionately pursuing a constructive hobby that stimulates your mind or body on a regular basis.
7. strong analytical and research skills with the ability to spot industry trends and growth opportunities.
8. self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to learn new business practices.
9. willing to work on a tiered-performance incentive model.
10. experience working in remote, multicultural, or international teams is a bonus.
11. advanced proficiency in using ai tools for market research, lead generation, prospect analysis & strategy management. simply saying, yes, i use chatgpt isnt going to cut it.
