Ability to take complete ownership of assigned deliverables. Capable of meeting organizational expectations and targets. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members.Roles & Responsibilities: Engage with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors to understand their staffing requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges. Work primarily on contractual staffing requirements. Identify and generate new leads/requirements while maintaining strong relations with existing clients. Proactively generate requirements through cold calling, cold e-mailing and other outreach methods.
