Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients through various channels to create a list of leads that can be approached for business opportunities.

- **Client Outreach:** Contact potential clients via phone, email, or social media to introduce our products and services, activate interest, and schedule meetings.

- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings and explaining how they can meet clients' needs.

- **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improvements that can help position the company favorably in the market.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase repeat business opportunities.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights that can enhance overall business performance.

To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or a similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively. A proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities are also important, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred. Being based in Chennai and working from the office is necessary for this position.
