reporting to the regional team leaders – north, west and south with matrix reporting to the piu leads of the specific cities, the bde-cffs shall be responsible for engaging with and raising funds from city-centric donors including small corporates, hnis and other donors, for various local development projects, encompassing multi-activity centers, and school education, wash, skill-building and protection initiatives. s/he shall be required to meet fundraising targets and interact closely with quality donors.

key job responsibilities:
(1) achieve quarterly targets in line with annual goals;
(2) work closely with the programme team to understand the project and cost–impact model;
(3) organize donor visits, meetings and events to help the programme team showcasing brb’s work;
(4) develop a database of local corporates/ hnis/ other donors and a comprehensive plan for approaching them on a regular basis;
(5) raise awareness of brb's work with children across the country and advocacy work around india;
(6) maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with brb values.
(7) maintain the required levels of confidentiality on information relating to brb and its supporters;
(8) any other task assigned by the line manager from time to time.
qualifications, experience and competencies:
qualification:
applicants should be graduates from reputed institutions.
experience: (1) minimum one year of experience in fundraising;
(2) prior exposure to working with development organisations shall be an added advantage.
