roles & responsibilities:
• conduct product presentation and demonstration to educate customer about the benefits of mobile application, our product and services.
• develop and maintain deep understanding of our product pricing and value proposition to effectively communicate and address their needs.
• build and maintain strong relationship with customer to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat the business.
• negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
• provide regular report on sales activities, customer feedback and market trend and competitor activities to the management team.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with the customer.
• ability to work independently and as a part of the team in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
• complete sales experience from lead generation, product demo, customization, negotiation, closing of deals.
• develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
