Key responsibilities:
1. Contact potential clients via phone and email to introduce and sell subscription-based services offered by TendersOnTime.
2. Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, sales progress, and feedback.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent post-sales support.
4. Understand client needs and effectively communicate the features and benefits of TendersOnTime services.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
6. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into sales.
7. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and delivery of services.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
