### About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Business Development Executives to help us grow our US client base. The role involves promoting and selling our IT, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Business Consulting services to US businesses.

### Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market

* Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements

* Present suitable IT and digital marketing solutions

* Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline

* Schedule meetings and convert prospects into clients

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Achieve monthly business development and sales targets

### Requirements

* Freshers are welcome

* 0-4 years of experience in BDE, sales, IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development

* Good English communication skills

* Confident and professional communication

* Strong interest in sales and business development

* Ability to work in a US shift

* Candidates comfortable working with US clients

### Salary & Benefits

💰 Freshers: ₹15,000-₹25,000 in-hand/month

💰 Experienced (up to 4 years): ₹25,000-₹35,000 in-hand/month
