Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development

Proven experience in lead conversion and closing deals

Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as:

Lead generation

Google Ads / Facebook Ads (basic understanding)

Website & social media leads

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in B2B sales

Exposure to service-based industry (Accounting, Compliance, IT, Marketing, etc.)

Client handling and relationship management experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead-to-conversion ratio
