Job Description

Candidates must be dynamic and customer-focused candidate for the position of Sales Executive / Customer Sales Associate for a growing furniture and interior brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and inbound enquiries, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in clients and manage enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads

Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and design requirements

Explain furniture collections, materials, finishes, and customization options to clients

Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve sales closures

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions

Coordinate with design and production teams for quotations, timelines, and order updates

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or business development

Experience in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail will be an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and explain design concepts to customers

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systems

Presentable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personality

Fluency in English and Assamese/Hindi preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
