Job Description

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry databases.

Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, pricing, certification requirements, and consumer preferences in the organic spices/herbs space

Develop and implement targeted plans to expand into domestic and international markets, aligning with Nahars organic positioning.

Set short and longterm revenue targets and outline actionable steps to achieve growth

Initiate and foster partnerships with B2B clientssuch as distributors, retailers, food processors, and hospitality chains.

Deliver compelling pitches, product demos, and proposals tailored to organic product advantages .

Structure and negotiate winwin agreements covering pricing, volume, delivery, and certification/specification compliance.

Ensure deals align with quality standards and profitability goals

Offer clarity on provenance, traceability, and regulatory standards during client interactions.

Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and production teams to align on market strategy, promotional campaigns, packaging, and delivery timelines.

Provide customer and market insights that inform product innovation and branding .

Represent Nahar Organics at trade fairs, expos, and organic food conventions to network, source leads, and showcase product lines

Maintain CRM systems to monitor pipeline progression, conversion rates, revenue forecasting, and account performance.

Provide pre and postsales supportsample handling, order tracking, complaint resolutionensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify upselling/crossselling potential across organic products and blends

Keep abreast of global organic trends, sustainable sourcing, and ethical certifications (., FairTrade, Rainforest Alliance).

Recommend product extensions (., new herb blends, spice mixes) based on emerging consumer demands
