role description:
* this is a full-time role for a business development executive/manager located in new delhi (okhala phase & gurgaon)
* the bde/bdm will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.
* they will be actively involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts.
* meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.
* develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
* quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
* build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and it level
* set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
* having experience in it hardware sales - laptop, desktop, printer, server, storage etc. will be preferable.
* identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
requirements:
* proven experience of 4-6 years in it sales or said domain.
* track record of over-achieving quota
* excellent verbal and written communications skills
* strong listening and presentation skills
* ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* ctc range: 6-10 lpa
