sales associates primary responsibility is selling of high-end hair care products in the salon professional channel (primarily silver and gold channels). the role primarily involves delivery of sales numbers through planning & execution of trade plans & technical selling of the products to the salons.
major responsibilities: - deliver sales targets - maintain relationship with the existing salons/ clients - hunt new accounts / clients- convert competitor salons into wella salons - maintain relationship with distributor to the extent of managing relevant claims - share secondary sales reports on timely basis - plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory - plan & execute salon visuals, beat plans etc - resolution of issues & handling objections of customers - delivering sales targets from 60% existing salon and 40% will be new salon client acquisition.
