Sales Associates primary responsibility is selling of high-end hair care products in the Salon professional channel (primarily Silver and Gold channels). The role primarily involves delivery of sales numbers through planning & execution of trade plans & technical selling of the products to the salons.
Major Responsibilities: - Deliver sales targets - Maintain relationship with the existing salons/ clients - Hunt new accounts / clients- convert competitor salons into Wella Salons - Maintain relationship with distributor to the extent of managing relevant claims - Share secondary sales reports on timely basis - Plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory - Plan & execute salon visuals, beat plans etc - Resolution of issues & handling objections of customers - Delivering sales targets from 60% existing salon and 40% will be New salon client acquisition.
