role overview
we are seeking a proactive business development executive to drive client acquisition. you will focus on identifying and building relationships with companies hiring engineers and position inncon as their preferred staffing partner.
key responsibilities
research, identify, and approach potential clients across industries.
generate your own leads and convert them into long-term clients.
promote inncon’s permanent and contract staffing solutions.
build trusted relationships with hr teams and business leaders.
negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
coordinate with recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery.
what we’re looking for
1–5 years of business development or client acquisition experience (staffing/hr preferred).
strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
ability to work independently and deliver results.
target-driven mindset with a passion for building client relationships.
advantage: existing network in manufacturing, it, or engineering domains.
