Roles and responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
Speak and engage with leads (potential students) generated through various marketing channels. Through this we get to understand their learning needs, explain our product offering, and align our product as a solution for leads who will find it useful.
You will need to make about 200 dials/calls per day.
You shall ensure follow ups with potential leads are done within a turnaround of 24 hours.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for updating Leadsquared(CRM) everyday.
Coordinate and seek feedback on your calls from our Quality Assurance team. Adhering to the process and inputs suggested by them is important.
Identify upselling opportunities with existing students who will benefit from our advanced programs. Additionally, you may also connect with them for referrals
Schedule and coordinate virtual sessions for prospective students
Participate in team discussions on process improvements, brainstorming, and other sessions.
Attend training and other sessions as recommended by your team or basis your needs.
