About the role
We are hiring on behalf of our client - one of India's fastest-growing hiring platforms. We're looking for driven Business Development Executives to fuel Apna's enterprise growth. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - handling high-ticket corporate accounts and having real conversations at the CXO level. This is an individual contributor role with huge ownership and growth upside.
What you'll do
Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporates - assess needs, pitch value, close deals
Hit sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing accounts
Build a pipeline via referrals, social media, telephone canvassing and area mapping
Lead negotiations, freeze commercials and complete deal documentation end-to-end
Be an evangelist for Apna's full product ecosystem
Skills we're looking for
4+ years managing large accounts (HRTech background preferred)
Strong stakeholder management - comfortable navigating up to the C-suite
Commercial acumen with solid negotiation skills
Good communication in at least two languages
Full-cycle experience - lead gen through closure
Mandatory requirements (non-negotiable)
Minimum 1 year hardcore B2B field sales experience
Two-wheeler with valid driving license & RC book
Laptop / Tablet / Pad
Strong regional language proficiency & local market knowledge
