Requirements:
Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
High dedication, extreme determination, and a track record of success in EdTech sales (preferred).
Ability to bond with potential learners, approach situations with patience and empathy, and consistently achieve targets.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a disciplined approach towards building funnels and tracking feedback.
Sales mindset with the ability to effectively communicate organisation's offerings and achieve revenue targets.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Minimum of 100+ dials and 40+ connects per day.
2 hours of talk time and 1 video session per day on average.
2 enrolled students per week.
Consistently meet weekly revenue targets.
