Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting our products or services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify New Business Opportunities:** Research and analyze market trends to discover potential clients and revenue streams.

- **Build Client Relationships:** Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- **Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations:** Craft compelling presentations that highlight the value of our offerings to potential clients.

- **Negotiate Contracts:** Work closely with clients to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring the business objectives are met.

- **Collaborate with Marketing:** Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential clients and generate leads.

- **Track Sales Performance:** Monitor sales metrics and provide reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interactions with clients. You should be confident, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving sales targets will be critical for success in this role. Being detail-oriented and organized will help manage multiple tasks effectively. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required, and this position is open to male candidates only.
