about the role:

we are conducting a walk-in interview drive for passionate, result-oriented professionals eager to grow in sales & business development within the road construction & manufacturing industry.

key responsibilities:

* acquire new clients and maintain relationships

* achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

* conduct market research & generate leads

* deliver product presentations & negotiate deals

* handle reporting & after-sales support

eligibility criteria:

* graduate in any stream (marketing/business preferred)

* 23 years of field sales experience (infra / manufacturing / fmcg / industrial preferred)

* excellent communication & negotiation skills

* willingness to travel & achieve targets

salary & benefits:
