documentation and presentation: develop and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and feedback. create compelling presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

relationship building: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing domains. ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

sales pipeline management: manage the sales pipeline efficiently, track leads, and provide regular updates to the management team.

market research: stay informed about industry trends in warehouse digitalization, supply chain management, and shopfloor digitalization. monitor competitor products and understand market demands. use this knowledge to position our solutions effectively.

qualifications:

for freshers: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. mba is considered an added advantage. strong communication and interpersonal skills.

for experienced: proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the software industry, with expertise in relevant domains. mba is considered an added advantage.

strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
