Job Description:As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Dinmind Infotech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing sectors through market research, networking, and outreach activities.Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, emphasizing the features and benefits of our solutions.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing industries to understand their specific needs and expectations. Effectively communicate these requirements to the development team.Documentation and Presentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and feedback. Create compelling presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing domains. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, track leads, and provide regular updates to the management team.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends in Warehouse Digitalization, Supply Chain Management, and Shopfloor Digitalization. Monitor competitor products and understand market demands. Use this knowledge to position our solutions effectively.Qualifications:For Freshers: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is considered an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.For Experienced: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the software industry, with expertise in relevant domains. MBA is considered an added advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
