Job description:
Business Development Executives (BDE) for Wi-Fi/Broadband drive revenue by acquiring new customers and managing Local Cable Operator (LCO) partnerships to roll out fiber networks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets for broadband/Wi-Fi in assigned residential or corporate territories.
LCO Management: Identify, onboard, and train Local Cable Operators (LCOs) for network deployment, billing, and new acquisitions.
Network Rollout: Collaborate with technical teams to identify clusters, manage home pass creation, and ensure network quality.
Customer Interaction: Generate leads, conduct field visits, and ensure smooth installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Typically a Graduate
Experience: Usually 1-3 years in telecom, sales, or hardware (broadband experience is advantageous).
Key Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a go-getter attitude.
Requirements: A two-wheeler is usually mandatory for field duties.
